London Marathon Expo: great success for Medal In Frame

Sunday 23 April 2017 over 39,000 runners ran the 42,195km of 2017 Virgin Money London Marathon, the third race of the six Abbott World Marathon Majors series, after Tokyo and Boston Marathon


Mary Keitany won the London Marathon for the third time in 2h17’01” with the second round of history and the best ever performance for an exclusively female race (the women were 45 minutes ahead of the boys) ahead of an equally great Tirunesh Dibaba.


Among the males he won Daniel Wanjiru (2h05’48 “) with Kenenisa Bekele who finished second.


As every year the heart of the event was the London Marathon Expo, active and operating from Wednesday 19th April at 11:00 am on Saturday 22 at 17:00.
